Do they have the CD AND the product code to go with it? If they don't, you've nothing to worry about. Otherwise, unless they've hacked it, you'll know: when M$ starts trying to bomb your installation because they've discovered two identical product codes in use.

Dillon did you gave to someone or lent it? is your CD original? If so then you should register with Microsoft that way your windows is safe. If anyone try's to use your copy and try to register it with Microsoft then he or she be in trouble.
