I generally have the same thing everyday:
A bowl of muesli, fruit juice, cup of tea (well I am British), then a fried egg sandwich (yolk broken and spread over the white, then fried both sides), possibly with a hash brown and another cup of tea.
If its the weekend and I had a long night before then I may go and get a full English.
And occasionally I will make pancakes.
Enjoy your breakfast!

I have to vary my breakfast routine every few months because I tend to get in the habit of eating the same things until I get tired of them. Right now I'm eating vanilla yogurt with a strawberry nutri grain bar and some juice. Sometimes I eat waffles for breakfast with lots of butter, sometimes cereal like Honey Nut Cheerios. I usually stick to foods like that. No omeletes or anything eggy for me. :)

Lots of fruit is the best thing for breakfast, with cereal if you like but try to have at least 3 pieces of fruit.

Try SOS..... Make a Cream Gravy and add almost any type of ground, chipped, or diced meat to it and pour it over toast. For a change in pace... put a can of Tuna Fish or even Salmon in it. (but make sure you drain the oil or water off of it before adding it to the gravy)
