Marihuana is the common English spelling for Marijuana. If you split the Spanish word, you have the common names of two girls, Mari and Juana. I have no idea if this is just a coinicidence, or if it has some hidden meaning.

In Spain we don't use to call it marijuana, it's called Marihuana (remember that in Spanish 'h' doesn't have any sound), cannabis or chocolate (in case of hachis)... Marijuana is used in some jokes for the similar name of the plant to the name Mari Juana, which meaning is, of course, Mary Jane...

Helped you with the first part ….. Tourism in the Caribbean is a major part of all of its islands economics and income. Without the foreign contribution many Caribbeaners might starve. Most of the Caribbean is made up of poor countries with little money and by allowing foreign people to vacation; thousands of jobs are created in the process. These jobs in turn help to fuel a global economy and stimulate spending in other places. Additionally, vacations reduce stress which can cause heart attacks or strokes which are bad. Very bad. Instead of stroking out, perhaps maybe we should all take a nice long vacation and see how we feel after we return!
