what happens when you entire life is ruined because someone is using your identity? if you get fired and accused of lieing on an application? because you have a criminal record that isnt yours what do you do???

There is a proceedure that has been done before in id theft. what the person did was get a copy of document that states you are cleared. also the local police dept would have a record of the'crimminal activity' of the person that 'claims to being you' through simple finger printing and social security # you'll need to ask them for that 'cleared record' to showing that it isn't you. place this document with resume's so that if there is any questions regarding this 1. they know upfront 2ndly they can talk to you about it, and also check up on it by requesting assistance through your refrences.
