First of all, leave it out until it warms up. That way you'll get the full benefit of the air conditioning.

Once it's at room temperature, put it in your kettle - it's much better than normal water because it contains hardly any salts or other minerals. Don't worry about bacterial contamination or other hygiene concerns because you're boiling the water anyway.

The steam iron is also a good suggestion, but you probably won't use 10 litres a day.

I'm kinda puzzled. Why would somebody who uses an energy guzzling airconditioner worry about recycling water?
The water is just pulled out of the atmosphere. It's condensation and therefore perfectly pure. You can use it for anything you want and, if not for watering plants, then washing anything from feet to cars. Or you could leave it outside in the sunshine and let it return to the air from which it came.

OK, if you have no plants, put it in your steam iron. The water is very pure with virtually zero mineral content so it won't furr up your iron. Also put it in your car radiator and screen wash.

You could also set up a bird bath or plant a few veggies in a window box and water them - you never know you might really enjoy growing them, and you'll off set a tiny amount of the CO2 emissions caused by the use of energy intensive air-con.

Boil it and use it for cleaning, but then that wastes energy in boiling, ermmm washing your car? Or buy some plants, use it to water them and you get instant cleaner air in nice air-conditioned house!

You could direct it over the condenser coil of you AC unit. Water flowing over a condenser coil helps it to operate more efficiently thereby saving you money.

you could pour it into your toilet cistern after flushing, thereby using less tap water to refill.
