Don't ruin a good friendship, if it is. If it's a bad friendship, then she isn't right for you anyways. There are just too many fish in the sea to even involve yourself in this messy situation. Maybe get yourself away from them for a while, tell your friend kindly that you have issues you need to work out and he should stay away for a while. Maybe, better yet, since you like the same girls your friend does, he can help you find SOMEONE ELSE>

Many times one thinks he is in love when it is merely infatuation. If it is your friends girl, then you should avoid that situation at all cost. It takes class and style but if friendship mean anything to you do not go there. Would you like it or feel betrayed if it happened to you? There are more than enough girls to go around without getting involved with your friend's.

You have serious psychological problems with intimacy. Most people may be attracted to others in relationships, but only someone addicted to drama "falls in love" with or considers going after someone who is taken. More so if they're seeing your friend. Grow up.
