Sure it's acceptable, if it is legal.

I've been with women further apart than the 11 years mentioned and it's been great. I agree with others that have said that it was dependant on age though ... 45 and 56 not even an issue; 25 and 36 would depend on the people and whether the male could be seen as a toy-boy; 11 and 22, well that falls into the courts hands in a lot of places.

Depending on the ages: If you are both adults (meaning legal age) than it wouldnt be a big deal. Everyone goes through different experiences in life, sometimes those experiences last forever and some you dont. My partner and I have been together for what seems a life time, we've shared alot of memories good and bad. We've got 4 children together, and we love and cherish each other. We are 14 years apart.

I'd say that as long as the women is older then 28 then the gap isn't an issue unless the man and women can't deal with it. I know a few couples with that much difference (or more) and it's not an issue for them.

Acceptable depends on who you know. She will not want to hang out with your friends though, you will have to do 'older' things.
The relationship with the older woman should be done once in every young man's life; it should be a requirement for marriage.

Not if the guy is 24.....
The older the girl is, the less of a maturity issue is involved. If he can hang with her with her friends in a social setting and feel comfortable and visa versa, then if they both agree to a relationship, then I am happy for them.

depends on the age. 50 and 61 isn't such a big deal. 15 and 26 is sick, where you draw the line is up to you.

Two consenting adults with things in common, like one another, enjoy being together, can't wait to see one another, desiring for the touch of a hand, etc. etc. what can be wrong with that. It's all up to the two........

If you care about each other, and you are both adults, then I don't think age should matter.
