No,it can't be,are you afraid of a normal relation? but why,try to understand physical relation plays a major role in any Marriage the product is child I don't think being a woman you want to deprive yourself of "Motherhood",you can have limited physical relation provided you have an understanding partner.

It is sure possible to find people like you are searching for... It's just that it is slightly difficult. Moreover guys have a strong desire of physical relationship and hence its not necessary that he abstain from doing it forever...(after marriage)
I was reading an article about people like you (nothing that wrong in it) and was wondering if a relationship like marriage can be based on Platonic ideas...
You can give in a matrimonial add mentioning your requirements... Chances are less but no harm in trying.
