Drink more water, substitute some of your cooked foods for fresh fruits or vegetables... and do about 15-30 mins of cardio (jumping jacks, dancing, jump rope, ect.) every other day. Doing just crunches alone probably won't get rid of the tummy pooch, but doing a few reps of 10-15 every other day along with a little bit of cardio will. You'll notice the difference after a few days. Don't overdo it because it'll be too hard to keep up with.

Stay active the person above me is right do chores like sweeping and moping things that will give some kind of work out. Or you could jog around the house or up and down the stairs. They say you cant spot where you wanna lose weight you have to just lose weight and hope your stomach does to.

Do not eat fat then the contents of fat in your stomache will be empty. You can poop it out too.

you need to do sports...

If you don't like sports, at least walk half an hour each day. It will allow you go know your neighbourhood better and help you lose weight. And of course, don't eat too much.

do 5 sit ups before you sleep and 5 when you wake up , the more the better
