The question is... What are they saying? I had a friend who thought she was going insane because she started hearing voices. She was about to have herself committed when she realised she had actually become clairvoyant/a medium and she was actually getting messages from spirits, guides, etc. I hope this is what's happening to you. To find out just ask the voices some questions. If they respond to you then you are becoming a psychic/medium. That's cool. If they just keep babbling on then perhaps you are just loosing your marbles. That's not so cool.

If you really are hearing voices and seeing things that aren't there, these are hallucinations. Since you're aware that they're not really there, I can't help but wonder if you have bipolar disorder. Sometimes auditory and/or visual and/or other types of hallucinations occur with bipolar disorder. I would consider seeing a psychiatrist if I were you. There's medication that could help stop them if they're interupting your daily life.

If you're hearing voices that you shouldn't, I think you should see a doctor. I had a boyfriend awhile back that would hear and see things that weren't there. I think he had schizophrenia of some kind. There is help out there though...the medicines he went on made him fully functional and normal. Best of luck!

If you're serious, get help as soon as possible, because it only gets worse. People often avoid getting diagnosed and on medication, and they and (their families) suffer. It can take a few tries to find the right medication that will give good results without side effects. But it's worth it.

I think u r often in solitude. Its better that u have some optimist nearby, see good things, hear good things , and keep urself busy that u don't hear such voices(if it is not a pleasant one).
Start meditating, it wud be a remedy, i hope so.

my dear, that will always be a problem until you get interested in something and start to enjoy life.
mingle with people who are nice to you, just get on with being happy.
some people call hearing voices "psychosis" but it's really just your mind keeping itself active in the times when you're really bored or lazy.
it might also be a good idea to improve your diet.

Hum do you abuse drugs? If you do then there you go that is your reason why. If not then, hello so do I! I have tried medicines and they seemed somewhat nice except Seroquel. Sometimes they can get pretty scary and it helps to have comfort, support love and luck. That is the best treatment! Good luck and God bless!

See a doctor, you need psychiatric care.

Sugawallz, that's so mean! She's suffering form what seems to be some form of psychosis, and you're totally mocking her. Not cool, babe.

we don't doubt you, you don't have to swear it...

if they're saying things that are harsh, mean, etc., or make you uneasy, see a psychiatrist. if they're not, enjoy the company of your new friends :)
