i have been trying too lose wight by eating less and doing exercise every day and i did lost about 25 pounds but now everybody says i eat too little.here´s what i eat:i have a rich an healthy breakfast whith milk or yogurt, cheese or ham maybe, fruit, and always something sweet for desert;at lunch i eat what everyone else in my family does but lesser than they do and in the evening that is at about 6 pm i eat an yogurt and of course that includes frugal snaks during the day...so do i eat too little?

I do not think that your eating habits are bad, but I think that you should eat just a little more. Moderation is the key to losing weight. You should eat less in a meal, but more meals during the day. I think that it would raise your metabolism and you would lose weight. Drink lots of water too. Try getting your carbs in before 5 PM, you'll wake up lighter and more refreshed. Try eating more veggies because fruits do have natural sugars.

Make sure you have some grains,... maybe a piece of whole grain toast in the morning.

If you look too skinny, eat a little more protein.
If you feel too tired eat more low fat carbs.
If you look and feel healthy, chances are you're eating what you need.

And at night I recommend a couple of cups of fruits or vegetables with the yogurt.

count your calories.
i dont know ur weight and height so cant comment but maybe you need to eat more protein.
i like the sound of your diet its well balanced and healthy otherwise. being a woman you need 1200 to 1600 calories a day so add some healthy protein and you are done.

noo, all youre body needs is:
-the right amount of nutrients like vitamins and minerals
-enough food to provide energy throughout the day
-water for bodily functions

other than that, if you feel fine, dont listen to what they say. notice how usually the ones saying you eat too little are the ones packing a little too much weight; at least thats how it was for me. my mom used to be overweight and used to nag me to eat more; now she's normal weight and she stopped forcing me to eat.

Actually, if u fulfill ur daily needs like calcium,protein, den it would be enough for u. Mayb u can increase ur food intake for dinner like an additional slice of fruits or even cheese.

I reckon you should go and see a professional nutritionist/dietitian. They should be able to tell you how much and what sort of food you should be eating.
Also, if you have an active life or a sedentary life I guess that will affect how much you need to eat.

no i think you eat about enough, I've been trying to loose weight by just eating one meal a day but i dont suppose its doing me any good but im sick of having excess fat.
