Whose work are you doing?

Question

I can see people of faith can see themselves doing the 'good lords work'. and there are some here just asking simple questions trying to understand different religions or what have you.

What are atheist doing here? Honestly what good does it do you to preach atheism?

"the best among u are those who read the quran, understand and follow it and teach quran to others."

v all are equal here irrespectiv of aour differences. and v all will b students throughout our lives.

Lot of atheists are good people who are doing good work excepting they don't do it in anyone's name. They don't need a church or a temple or a mosque or some high priced preacher telling them to do good in the Lord's name. No one preaches atheism and this forum is open to everyone. The religious do a good job of bashing each other.

It is simple human nature to want to convince others to believe the way you do. That way you dont feel so alon in the world. This is true if your an athiest, a muslim, a christian, a jew, a pagan or like me none of the above.

Some are here to do the devil's work. To try and shake our faith. Other's are here because of pain and sorrow. They are looking for help. Deep down inside, they are looking for help and love.

Good question.

I think their "job" is (as the Bible says) to persecute and distract Christians from the real work we are to be doing - that of sharing the good news about our savior, Jesus Christ with others. (Matthew 28:19,20)

I think they're just annoying the believers.
