This is not meant to be a joke answer. Part of my diet, when I lost 70 lbs.... Sex! A great way to burn, burn, burn those calories!!!

Invest in some workout DVDS. They are fun, offer variety, and you do not even have to leave the house. I work at a gym so I do go there often, but on my days off I either walk at the lake or do workout videos. I, personally, aside from work, do not like the gym. I would rather be outdoors walking or running than on a treadmill. I recomend the Shape and Self series of workout DVDs as well as the Crunch series. Good luck!

i hate gymming.
i walk 3 or 4 times a week and thats enough just do a good 1 hour of walking and thats enough.
its much better getting out in the open and walking.
eat well but limit to healthy food and count calories
drink loads of water and you will be fine.

walking is the best exercise u can do. also ride a bike, swimming, playing some kind of sports. there are a lot of ways 2 exercise that u wouldn't even think of as exercise!

i guess just dieting...walking. without going to the gym...well exersise in any form is good. if you can find some physical activity you enjoy doing then more power to ya!

climb the stairs too often........walk.......run......do some workouts by yourself.......aerobics.......dancing.......
remember keep movin all the time
