I know there is not one specific area to target but i need some good lower abs exerise anything will be great

Sit on floor, leaning on your elbows and keep your legs 30 cms away from the floor, in a parallel position and now move your legs quickly, pretending you're riding a bike. 50 is a good number and you'll feel your lower abs are on fire :)...it works well.

Put you legs in the air with your feet facing the ceiling, now push up like you're pushing something up with your feet. You should feel the burn after only a couple of those.
