You have a body mass index of 23, which is within the healthy weight range for your weight and height. So with regards to your BMI, no you are not fat. However, BMI doesn't take into account frame size, muscle mass or various body measurements and sometimes doesn't give the full picture.
So I have posted a link so you can check your body fat percentage. This will give you a more accurate idea of whether you need to lose weight or not.
http://www.eskimo.com/~cdickens/FatCalculators.html
You need to choose the women's body calculators, methods 2 and 3 for the most accurate results.
You need to measure the circumference of the following areas in inches:
waist (at it's smallest point)
hips (at it's widest point)
forearm (just below the elbow on the lower arm)
wrist
neck
You also need to add your height and weight and it will calculate your approximate body fat percentage.
Ideal body fat percentage is between 20% and 25%. Between 25% and 30% is acceptable, above 30% is overweight and below 20% is lean body mass and is usually only appropriate for serious athletes.
Take care and hope you find this helpful.

To be honest, I didn't even pay attention when I was reading your height and weight. I am a guy who definitely cares about girls looks and thats how I decide if I'm attracted to them or not, but there's more to it than just looks. I personally don't view myself as a very good looking boy, but I have gotten a ton of self confidence lately. People will look at your appearance, but it is extremely difficult to change it. So the trick is to find other ways to be confident and your outward appearance doesn't even matter.
Basically, my point is that it doesn't matter if your fat or not. I'm sure fifty other people will say yes or no, but it really doesn't matter. I know a lot of "skinny" people that I can't stand, and a lot of "fat" people that are really cool. So try not to worry about your appearance as much, and just try to be a good person (because thats what really matters).

No, hun, you're not fat. If everyone tells you that you're skinny, then you are. I've been told that I don't look like I weigh as much as I do, but I still feel like I am fat. So feel better about yourself. It's ok if you lose a couple of pounds if it'll make you feel better, but be careful not to lose too much.

Well I'm 13 5'4" and i weigh 130lbs. I wouldnt call myself fat but not skinny either. skinny are the people you see in modeling agencies. I know im not fat. I'm thick but closer to skinny. Since we have this much in common you would be like me.

at age fourteen thats a good weight and proportioned to your height as well. dont worry about being too fat! -your not! (at this point) your still too young and also is the stage when you start to tone up and loose those so called baby fat. dont be too affected by what your friends tell you. What is important -- is your comfortable with your body. your young only once dont get too stressed out about such things.

It does not matter how you are on the outside, connect with yourself on the inside. Stop worrying about if you`re fat and worry about real issues. If you think you`re fat the exorcise reguarly, eat healthy.. like every other human being should.

well, its difficult to tell if you are fat or not from a distance, but i calculated your Body Mass Index. the calculator says that your index is 23,0, which is in the normal range. still, if you have second thoughts about your weight, try to exercise a little but if you take my advice: DON'T even think about going on a diet because you are FINE!
