Well, you need to start with a House of Representatives that is under the control of the opposing party. Then you vote for impeachment and name crimes against Bush that should include mass murder, treason and multiple violations of the Constitution, including articles 1 & 2, and at least amendments 1, 4, 5 and 8.

Anyway, if you're referring to Bush, it won't happen. Even Democrats should be hoping that it doesn't happen. It would be an awful thing to put our country through, and it's the last thing we need.
