Blood in the urine is classic for a kidny infection, a kidney stone or another kidney related disease. Do you also have pain in your side sometimes...either way, take all of these people's advice and get to a Dr quickly, dont hesitate to get treatment, you may make matters worse.

See a doctor. Now. It could be just a urinary tract infection, but are you going to take a risk like that with what I assume is your favorite body part?

You need to go to your doctor. Blood in urine isn't usually a good sign.

Propecia is supposed to be a safe alternative drug...so I doubt it is related. It sounds like you have a bladder infection...and you will need to get medication for it...in the meanwhile, drink lots of water and cranberry juice.

IMHO you better seek medical attention, have your urine tested in the laboratory and bring the results for diagnosis. It can be a simple UTI (urinary track infection) or can be something serious. better safe than sorry.

or maybe you have your period? im guessing here...

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. See a urologist and don't get alarmed until you know what it is ok!!
