listen to single-girl songs about loving the single life, being free, and discovering life. it's really refreshing actually. try natasha bedingfield's "unwritten" or sarina paris's "the single life" (i believe that's what it's called).

do things that you never did when you were with that person. think about ALL the HOT single people you'll meet :D

If you truly loved them, a part of this pain will stay with you always. It's as if someone has died, nothing really fixes that, we just cope - there is nothing else to do really. It will dull with time though, and you will fall in love again with someone else. Life goes on, and you will move past this.

But you can't un-break your heart once the deed is done.

If you are lucky, it was a passing fancy and it will fade completely in a year or so. Sometimes we think we care more than it turns out that we do. (did that make sense?)

Time is the only thing that heals. Hanging out with friends and keeping busy will fill that time, but if you went out for awhile- it will take a year or more. Sorry.

This can only be done by steps.
Step 1 - Take a trip to a store buy 1 Hersheys Bar, a bag of popcorn,a good comedy movie, and go get your BEST friend your gonna need her (or him)
Step 2 - Have a spa day. Take a relaxing bath, lotion up, do your makeup, shop, do your hair.Get pretty you deserve it.
Step 3 - Go Out! Have a good time you werent getting cute for nothing. You'll meet someone else and forget all about him.
Step 4 - The next time you see him, smile, be happy, its very attractive, its gonna eat him up that you feel great whether he misses you or not. -HAVE FUN,Keep in touch.

I have had a terrible time with break ups!
I usually rent DVDs (american Tv series which keep me interested for a long time!) moan to my friends, do some excersize...and of course, try to find someone else aggressively, but not desperately!
This always works for me, done 2 times. I usually forget my ex in a month by doing this.

what's broken will stay broken unless you mend it...was it broken by love? if so than love will mend it ...replace what you have lost...my heart is still broken but I am still alive and i can still love...but I will never have love like what I lost!!! Lucky for me my ex-wife and I are now best friends and thatshard but better than being enemies...right? look around...open your eyes love is gonna find a way I know its gonna find it's way back to you...:-)
