this is my favorite poem.. its a bit dark but the woman who wrote it was on her death bed......
Life and death, energy and peace. If I stop today it was still worth it. Even the terrible mistakes that I made and would have unmade if I could. The pains that have burned me and scarred my soul, it was worth it, for having been allowed to walk where I've walked, which was to hell on earth, heaven on earth, back again, into, under, far in between, through it, and above. --Gia Maria Carangi

This poem by William Ernest Henley was sent to me by my mother while I was in basic training for the army. I hung it up in my wall locker and read it every day before I went out.
OUT of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud:
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbow'd.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
May it strengthen you as it has me.

I don't have poem, but when I'm feeling down, nervous, depressed, etc . . . I just tell myself this line from my favorite movie, and it seems to perk me up:
"I'm a firm believer in the philosophy of a ruling class, especially since I RULE!"
Obviously, I have to say it more than once, but eventually, I begin to feel a little better, and gain some self confidence, and do what I need to do.

in simple terms living isn't sufficient. One would desire to have sunshine, freedom, and somewhat flower. ~Hans Christian Anderson the objective of life is an entire life of objective. ~Robert Byrne here is the attempt to discover even in the journey that your venture on earth is complete. in case you're alive, this isn't any longer. ~Richard Bach in spite of the cost of living, this is nonetheless wide-unfold. ~Kathy Norris life is a great massive canvas, and you should throw all of the paint on it you could. ~Danny Kaye life is nearly a coin. you could spend it any way you like, yet you in basic terms spend it as quickly as. ~Lillian Dickson

Im not positive if this quote is that helpful, but its better to try then not, right? i thought this quote was somewhat helpful to me. i wish the best for you :0)
Follow for what you wish
For that in which you will succeed
Be not negative upon your choice
Or that shall not be the correct course
Be wise.

''Beyond the darkness, beyond the wave of the storm, beyond all the pains... Hope, there is always bright and shiny hope that gives me the promise to live and vision forward.''
My dear friend, hope with vision is your tool to give away with your problem!
