It is kinda normal. Probably you're feeling alone. Be sure that you are always aware that the two people are one and the same person: yourself. But try not to do that so often....

This might be dual personnality dear heart. This might be a health problem, unless you are doing it for fun, but if you took the time to write your question, I think you really deserve some help. You are aware there is something wrong, and this is the first step to recovery. I would recommend a visit to a social worker who could help you in that respect. I do talk loud to myself too sometimes too but I do not isolate myself. That's all I can say to you because I'm not qualified to give much advise since I'm not a medical person. I hope you find it in yourself to love yourself enough to see a qualified person in your area about this. You may be a disturbed person by something that happened years ago, perhaps abused? and had no-one to talk to about this ?
Good luck in finding out the real you which is a loving person with a small problem that is going to be solved so you can help others by your experience.

I wouldn't say you are crazy. It is normal to think out loud. But not to act like you are 2 people ant the same time. You need to seek some help.

Hey, I do it too. Maybe we're crazy, but we're all in this together, right? It actually helps a lot to think out loud. Have you ever been in class (or been one of these kids) who will ask the teacher a question, but once they explain the problem, they get it? Thinking out loud just helps things click and if acting it out helps you, then that's fine. We all have different ways of dealing and coping with various things. I wouldn't be worried unless your behaviour is bothering *you*

It might be normal for you and other people, but i've never heard of anyone else doing that. Talking to yourself is perfectly normal, I just understand with all the acting it out and things. I`m sure you`ll be fine.

I now someone thinks out loud most of the time. I don't now if he's also acting, but he's kind of a genius.

I do the same thing. I think I'm fine. But that is what crazy people think. I don't worry about it as long as I can hold a job and pay my bills.
Consider writing, that is what keeps me sane.
