She should frenque with her mother and get advice whether in her earlier sex, she broke her virginity. I think three time intercourse must have broken her verginity.. Ask her the duration and intensity of three sexual activities, was it penetrated, long duration or just touching outer skin. I think clarity on this will give you and her idea of virginitity. On the other hand when she had three time sexual act, whi she is now worried about virginity. At this age, sexual urge is to be satisfied, and not to think of virginity. Advise her.
