I believe you have heard of "Who knows who is on the other side" especially on Internet chat room. Sending picture is not a fool proof to say whether is a he or she. And even chatting on the phone could be anyone.
My advise is to put extra guard when you chat over the Internet and don't fall their charming way to talking.
In my country, most girl chat on the Internet and later when for a date, ends up begin a rape victim.

hmm..this is tough. but usually im very wary in this kind of situation. i always haf dis sting tt whenever im chatting on-line, i would train meself not to take seriously. if things didnt work out as per plan, maybe if we haf being chatting fo wuite sumtime, i would exchange mobile number wit him and from there, we can move on to the next level of a relationship.
it is tough to judge if the man in love or interested in u from chatline.
