I have egg white protein everyday withotu workign out but i am slim and i have noticed that it cuts all the fat in my body is this a good thing or will it have any adverse effect?

Don't worry you'll have no adverse effect. Do you walk? Do you think? Does your heart beat and diaphram move? Protein is needed for these functions.
Make sure you also get your Omega 3 fatty acids as well. Dont forget dark leafy greens and fruit for phyto-nutrients to repair free radical damage.
