there is this girl who's really nice and sits next to me a lot and trys to start a conversaion. I really like her but i ger so nervous i end up saying somethin completely stupid!!! pls help me!!

Hey, I can definetly help you with this coz I used to get like that all the time when I was a teenager!
Try not to focus so much on the fact that you always end up saying something stupid, when you see this girl, take a deep breath and relax.
Dont think too much about what you are gonna say, just be natural and if something stupid does come out, dont let it sway you, just laugh it off.
Every once in a while, try to make an effort of being the one to go over and sit next to her, or you start the conversation, once you have done it a couple of times, it will build your confidence.
Use your knew found confidence to think more positively and you'll be great!

Don't worry. Relax. Just focus on relaxing, lol, best I can offer. Get a lot of sleep so you are thinking clearly and rested up. She probably thinks it is cute anyway, and if she is still trying to start conversations, she already likes you, just be yourself.

You should probably plan a couple of things to talk to her about, then think about the topics in detail, and finally recite some of your conversation tidbits in a mirror to see what you look like saying it. You should come off confident.

If you get too nervous to talk to her, write her a note and explain yourself. This way she will know that you are interested in her and you don't mean to be an a s s sometimes, you just get nervous. She will respect you more and this way she will know that you are a little shy and will be able to work with it.

RELAX!! and be yourself! A good idea is to break the ice by commenting on something. maybe say something like " I like your necklace" and then she will prob say thanks I got it here or what ever and then you can start a conversation like that. most people like talking about themselves, so ask her Q's and be a good listener to start with and then take it from there.
