Creole Tartar sauce, onion rings, mac-n-cheese.... I like to use tooth picks and serve them in the shape of Fish Stick Kitties like in the movie Cabin Boy

Lots of tartar sauce. Serve on bread with lettuce and cheese if you please, with a side of tater-tots and ketchup. This makes a meal called Sticks and Tots, a very catchy title. I would choose a light white wine to go along with the meal or just a favorite cola.
