You cannot get her to like you. That's one of the most common mistakes men make. Just because you like a girl a lot does not mean that she will like you back. In fact, you can really annoy her if she does not like you back. If you throw yourself at her, she will lose respect for you. All you have to do is casually chat with her and ask her out. If she does not accept or make another offer, she probably does not like you enough to be worth your trouble. Also, there is no "ONE" per se. You have to talk to lots of girls to find one you can live with for the rest of your life. I'd say about 1 in 10 girls will both like you and be attractive to you, ASSUMING you do everything right to keep their interest. And of those girls, you will probably have problems with some of them. So get to work and start getting phone numbers! Good luck!

Well, the first problem is that you aren't letting them know YOU are the ONE. You need to let them know THEY are the ONE for you. THEY will decide if YOU are the ONE. See? But, back to your question. If you simply tell them sincerely and back up your words with behavior that shows you mean it that you care about them, they will see.

write a letter and send it to the person. Email, snail mail.. or just leaving it on there desk or car windshield. no face to face so it would be much eaiser for you to come forward with your feelings. you got nothing to loose for all you know they may be thinking the same thing of you.

if u cant tell her face to face , call her or send her a messege or mail (but for sure calling is a better choice) & explain your feelings . there is nothing to be afraid of . maybe she has the same fellings as u & if not it s better to understand sooner. good luck.
