You can't drop 20 lbs all of the sudden, unless you are starving yourself. This is my diet I am doing.
1. For meat eat chicken. No red meat because it takes about a week to digest plus it isn't good to eat.
2. Eat normal servings of fruits and vegetables.
3. Workout everyday for about 30 minutes. You can't sit on the couch eating healthy and not doing anything.
4. Drink about 4 to 8 glasses of water a day. Put some Crystal Light to flavor it. Great for a diet. (Peach Tea is really good)
5. Don't be overwhelmed about losing 20 lbs.
6. No desert just eat fruit and maybe some low-fat coolwhip for a treat.
7. Eat more salads.
8. Take your vitamins on a regular basis.
That's basically it. You lose more the first week, but I guarantee you if you stick to this you will be very happy with the results.

There ain't no such thing as losing 20 pounds fast. You have to put effort into losing 'em one day at a time. Be persistently committed in exercise to eventually melt away your unwanted pounds.
Never try those diet pills, crash diet methods, or stuffs that promise to make your thin. Sure, you may see the result fast, but your body suffers, and believe it or not, you'll end up regaining the pounds you wish to lose and sometimes more than imagined.
Keep it natural and be determined to lose pound the healthy way.

cabbage soup diet (you can substitute for what you don't like in the recipe) I lost about 30 pounds in a month, eating mostly the soup, but then you start to add in other things. it works because cabbage and the other ruffage (veggies) in it takes energy to digest. the soup burns more calories during digestion than it contains in the first place. thats the key. It tastes really good for a week or two, but then you get a bit sick of it, but that is when you start to add in the other things. This will give you a weight loss BOOST and a HEAD START, but it is not the only solution. the weight WILL come back if you don't change the habbits that created it ! search for 'cabbage soup diet' on yahoo. good luck!

Well, you have to practice, running is king of training. You have to run every day , break fast and lunch but do not dine. No oil, No Sweets, No potatos. Try to concentrate on vegtables and fruits and avoid Mango, banana and fig. I hope that you manage to get down your weight as fast as possible.

poor kids, wanting to lose weight. dont go belemic, its not healthy. switch to healthier, low calorie foods. drink lots of water. dont lay down, instead walk around the park. don't sleep all day either. in 20 days you will lose some pounds. There is no fast way to lose weight. You shoulda thought about that BEFORE you gained weight. Or shoulda stopped eating junk foods.

Sweatshirt and sweatpants and take a hot shower/bath. You will lose water weight. Just be careful about your consumption after. Very old trick used in sports weigh-ins.

Lose it gradually not fast.You'll end up gaining more weight then you lost when you lose it quickly.
