I will anwser questions 1 and 3 with the same sentence: If you believe in the devil you must believe in God because the devil and his demons(fallen angels) believe in God, and they tremble(James 2:19).......... Question 2: Why does everything have to be fun?? Christianity, when done right can be very rewarding and fulfilling(and I mean the way it is supposed to be, and not with the stuck up people that you may meet on Sunday afternoon at Outback, or sticking their chests out with self righteous pride, looking down on you when you fall(by the way, they are not real Christians, actually they are not Christians at all, and they will bust Hell wide open themselves)), and you don't have to be a Catholic to do that. There are other Christian factions that will suffice also.

1. One should believe in God, because God is a reality. A person will become incomplete if he does not go back to his creator and have a relationship with him through the church. It does not matter whether one believes in God or not. Whether one will believe in him or not, God really exists.

2. It's not all about fun. It's about salvation. People are first of all deprived of God's grace, people sinned and turned back away from God. Now Jesus paid these as a ransom for all by dying on the cross, instead of us to pay our sins to God. Isn't that wonderful? God loves us so that he even gave his Son for us to suffer and die as a way of our salvation? And then God gave us back eternal life, which was once lost and recovered through Jesus.

3. If you are a devil believer, then I will say, The devil's hour has gone short. Time will come that he will be experiencing death and be damned, he and his followers. So be converted. Go back to God. The devil is the father of all lies. Don't believe the devil. He wants us to be damned like him.

gracefully_s gave you a very good and pertinent answer.

#1 God loves you. Even before you were concieved in your mother's womb, God knew all about you and your days were numbered. He is your creator. That's why you believe in Him.
#2 There's so much fun in Christianity. Its not a religion. Its a way of life, where you don't go about with a long face. If Jesus Christ lives in you, your life will be full of excitement and joy which comes from within.
# 3 The devil exists to deceive people. He is the father of lies. So says the Bible. If you were his disciple, then leave the darkness and come into the light and life of Jesus. He is the answer to all you problems and He alone is qualified to give you peace and joy eternal.

1. Er, that's not really an appropriate question. God is a subjective experience. I can tell you how a watermelon tastes, but you're the one who has to take a bite and find out. God is an experience, not a "thing" existing somewhere "out there" that I can point to.

2. Catholic? Not so good. Christianity, though, gives comfort and absolution to us and purges us from our sin. First you have the consciousness of God, but as you grow more aware of Him you start to realize all the many, many ways you have failed to live up to Him and make yourself worthy of His creation of you. This problem cannot be resolved by human action, and the redemption of Christ in Christianity is the only thing that can bring us back into a healthy relationship with God.

3. You know that such devil worship is pure masturbatory self-indulgence. All such selfishness and worldliness is destructive. Only with Christianity can you escape from the destruction you are visiting upon yourself and begin a healthy, productive life.

#1 You should believe in God because He loves you, very dearly. He crafted you with His hands. He desires nothing more than to have you come into His Spirit and become part of His adopted family. He has rewards for you if you truly love Him. So many, you wouldn't believe it! (Also, He died for you!!...WHo else would do that?)

#2 What's fun about being Christian?? Well, I don't know what you mean by fun, but it is joy and happiness in the Holy Spirit. If it dwells inside you, (you must accept Christ, and invitethe Spirit in) You will know peace you have never known in your life.

#3 If you were a devil believer, I would say #1 and #2 again and also that Satan is the Father of Lies and Confusion, and God is Truth and Purity....

Thank you for your question.

I have no desire to swear at you or wish you a painful death.

In response to your questions...

Please be aware that there is scientific and intellectual evidence for the existence of God (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/godsci/evidence.htm)

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).

Christianity is about living in daily relationship with the God of the Universe.

For a brief explanation of the gospel (of salvation through Jesus Christ), see http://www.godsci.org/gs/new/essence.html

If you were a devil believer / satan worshipper, I would say to you exactly what I have said above, and leave the choice up to you.

Cordially,
John

Believing in God is a decision that a person makes based upon the experiences that they've had in their life. I believe in God because he shows his presence in my life. You shouldn't be looking for the fun in religion. Religion possesses the power to strengthen an individual; mind, body, and soul. Having faith is not a game. It is something that should be taken seriously and cherished. Lastly if you believe in the devil, believing in Jesus should not even be an issue. Faith is a package deal. How do you believe in one side of a religion? Now choosing to worship the devil is another issue and I would address you about that. I hope that this is a hypothetical question you are posing because it would be a shame to know that another soul is lost.

To answer your first question, I can't explain too well why you should. After all, He did create all that ther is, was, and ever will be. He gave life to mere dust and called it man. He is all powerfull, all knowing, and omnipotent, which means He can be everywhere at once. #2, The fun in being christian is that you are alive, not just physically, but spiritually as well. You get to bask in Gods glory and relish in His wonders. #3, I would say that I am sorry that you are worshiping an equal and that your choise is leading you down a path to eternal destruction. All I'll say is that God loves you so much that He sent His only son to die for your sins and that He wants you to be with Him in heaven for all eternity instead of separated from Him. After that, it is all between you and God.

To answer your questions...

1) "why should i believe in god?"

Here are two short articles to help you out (click below):
"Why Believe in God?" - http://www.christianitytoday.com/cl/2000/002/6.36.html
"God in Science" - http://www.christianitytoday.com/cl/9c5/9c5046.html

2) "whats the fun about christianity or being catholic?"

Catholicism is largely composed of man-made rules that stray away from true Christian concepts, becoming more of a "spin-off" of Christianity (but that's a whole other topic altogether). But as someone else mentioned, there's a lot of enjoyment to be had from Christianity in that it gives you a sense of great peace and fulfillment.

3) "what would you say to me if i was a devil believer to make me believe in jesus?"

Obviously, even the Devil himself believes in Jesus. He even approached Jesus during his 40 days in the desert:

Matthew 4:1-11 "Jesus was led into the desert by the Spirit to be tempted by the devil. He fasted forty days and forty nights, and afterward was hungry. The tempter approached and said to him: "If you are the Son of God, command these stones to turn into bread."
Jesus replied, "Scripture has it, 'Not on bread alone is man to live, but on every utterance that comes from the mouth of God.'"
Next the devil took him to the holy city, set him upon the parapet of the temple, and said, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down. Scripture has it, 'He will bid his angels take care of you; with their hands they will support you that you may never stumble on a stone.'"
Jesus replied, "Scripture also has it, 'You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.'"
The devil then took him to a lofty mountain peak and displayed before him all the kingdoms of the world in their magnificence, promising, "All these will I bestow on you if you prostrate yourself in homage before me."
At this, Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! Scripture says: 'You shall do homage to the Lord your God; him alone shall you adore.'"
At that the devil left him, and angels came and waited on him."
