Yes, but you shouldnt do it just for the fact for losing weight. A lot of fighters, boxers, etc. wear a hot suit, and stay in the sauna to dehydrate their bodies, so they can fit in their desired weight class. But it is very harmful and useless if you are going into a hot room, because you are dehydrating yourself, and all you are going to do is dehydrate again.

yes it will cut u'r calories but if u wanna cut calories much faster then sitting alone wont work
in super hot room do some fast walking or some sort of physical exercise so that u cut calories at much faster rate
these hot rooms or cars work a bit similar to steam baths but not at that high scale
