Basically, I didn't feel physically attracted to her after 2 months of dating (I initially did though), i couldn't really tell her that so I told her it was because of little things like her extreme indecisiveness, which didn't give me the chance to really get to know her properly (which was part of the reason).

Sounds OK to me, as long as you liked her for the entire two months you were with her. Otherwise, you wasted too much time and strung her along. Also, you should make sure that the reasons you gave are realistic. Don't stretch the truth, or you could make her start imagining that she has personality problems she does not have.
