I remember when I was in 1st grade I got bit by a golden retriever. Nothing to damaging three stiches in the arm. The owner of the dog gave me a puppy surprise as an apology. It was when the toy had first come out so I walked away thinking it was a pretty sweet deal. :)

Last summer I was at my friend's house. There was a dog that was staying in the back yard temporarily. Half chow half austrailan shepherd. I felt sorry for her because no one paid attention to her at all. I went outside and tried to pet her. She was fine until I got to the back half of her back. She bit me. I was bleeding a little but it hurt really bad. What really freaked me out was the fact that her owner hadn't even got her a rabies shot in over 4 years. So the owner had her put to sleep so they could test the dog for rabies and because she didn't have a very nice life. I guess she had been abused. It was scary at first and then it was sad. I'm glad she didn't have rabies :)

I was bitten by a dog on the back of my right calf while mountain biking. It was an Australian Shepard, and he started chasing me and i tried to out run him. I felt him nip at my heel, then a moment later I felt a pinching on the back of my calf. I looked down and saw blood streaming down my leg. About 3 weeks later i developed a boil on my right elbow. After that went away another one came up on my right hand. There is no way of knowing if the boils resulted from the dog bite, but I'm fairly sure they did. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Not long ago, I went my my mom's boss's house b/c her dog had pups and I wanted to see them. As I turned the corner around her house, CC (the dog) came out of her house and barked at me like crazy. I just stood there thinking she'd stop. I tried not looking her in the eyes, but she grabbed onto my pants and held on for about 4 seconds and let go. Then, Rhonda's (mom's boss) son came and put her in the house... I could feel CC's teeth on my leg when she did it, and she made a hole in my jeans, but that was the only time I was ever (sorta) bitten by a dog. xD

Well-

In December- the week before xmas my 13 year old dog had a stroke and started having seizures... We almost lost her then but after about 2,000 dollars in vet bills we were able to bring her home. We got about a week with her- towards the end she started having one seizure after another. She stopped seizing momentarily and I attempted to give her a dose of a medication; while my finger was in her mouth she started seizing… bit down on my thumb. I ended up losing my finger nail (yes it grew back).
God I miss that dog
Matt

When I was about 12 years old, this wicked woman in our neighborhood would leave her Pomeranian on her front porch where he could chase after people. That dog ran up to me barking and bit my ankles one too many times. I turned around and flung it with my foot, and yelled, "You STUPID!!"
The witch was standing at the door. Comes out and says, "He's not Stupid! Don't kick my dog!" I said next time, I'd aim for the trash can.
My mother, after hearing this story, and seeing my ankles where that dog had bit me, went over to her house, and told her that if she ever sees that dog again, she'll report it, and have it put to sleep........And in the process, own that house, and drive that car.
The witch would still stand at her door and glare at me when I would walk by, but I never saw the dog again.
