You can't. Not until they want to. If you hound them they will keep doing it most likely, just to rebel. That is usually the reason they started in the first place so you are feeding the fire.
If they are young just let it go, they will learn it is impossible to get anywhere in life and continue to smoke. Everyplace drug tests anymore, and even with clarifying pills they will get caught sooner then later.
It could be worse, they could be doing a drug that's worse....like alcohol!

Tell the pot smoker too stop hangin around people that smoke take 2 and pass thats how it always start.

I'm sure it would be really hard, unless that person has bad consequences or life threatening consequences due to pot smoking. Rehab is one of the good way to help that person quit smoking it, but it is not 100 percent effective unless the person wants to quit smoking it himself. Like I say it is hard.
