exersize 30 minuets a day
drink only water
eat only 1 or 2 snack foods and if you are still hungry eat fruits or vegtables (supposed to have 5 a day)
listening to music makes exersize easier.
REWARD YOURSELF: with something other than food like a cd. thats what i always reward myself with.

Find a local gym that offers spinning classes (its a stationary bike with a cast iron flywheel where you can put on as much or little resistance as you like). Classes normally go for an hour and you can go at your own pace. About 2 weeks you will noticable improve your stamina and you will lose weight. Spinning is addictive. I bought my own bike ($600, pricey) and I also spin all the time at home, listening to music or watching a show.

in case you eat too plenty junk foodstuff, decrease down on that! eat extra culmination and greens. drink extra water, exercising extra. what i could do is bypass working or walking usual and you could lose the thigh fat! i wager you at the instant are not particularly fat in the thighs, anybody has clearly chunky thighs! sturdy good fortune! happy thigh shrinkage! out of your buddy, pradajuicyluver22 :)

do exercises / aerobics daily n c result within few days. if possible follow JANE FONDA'S exercise. its vedios r easily available in video par lours. try n find exercise cassette of hers rather than aerobics exercise
