Assuming you want to either shallow or deep fry the sausages, here's how:

unwrap and toss them in flour in a bowl, next dip in an egg wash which is what will obtain the best coating of breading.... finally, roll in bread crumbs and fry. this method works with any meat that you want to bread for frying.... pork, fish, poultry, beef, etc,etc Enjoy!!!

Hi Bikky, I find the best way is to first roll your sausages in plain flour, then dip in eggwash (a mixture of milk and egg), then roll in the breadcrumbs. Good luck!

dip the sausages into beaten eggs before rolling it onto breadcrumbs. make sure u cut the sausages lightly before dipping them in. tht'll stick 'em right!

try double crumbed it works better. flour egg crumbs twice
