I read a lot about family incest and child molestation. Sometimes the mother of the abused might not believe what the child is telling her or that she is currently depending on the accused for financial gains or shelter. The mother might even threaten the abused and force the molested child to stay quite about the matter. If I were you, I will tell your mother,(don't stop there) tell your teacher, police officer, and some outsider. Sometimes the people who you can trust least is family. If you don't want to have a fcuk up life and spend the rest of your time wanting to die, I suggest that you seek outside help. Group home might not sound so bad, in comparison with a dysfunctional family where you have to wonder when will you be in peace and when will you be raped. Best of luck.

Well, if your mother takes your uncles side over yours simply because he's a school counselor...she isn't doing her job very well.

If you are being molested, have come on here to tell us about it but choose not to say anything to anyone in your family or community...then you might as well put a sign on yourself and announce to your uncle that you are free for the taking and no risk involved....unless you get pregnant, then it either has to come out or you invent a boyfriend....

Pedophiles have only one goal...to satisfy themselves regardless of what the actual acts for doing so entail. So, if this is happening, take the fear of being molested again and mix that with the fear you felt when he first started this and turn both into action...get him away from you and if he loses his job over this? Too bad. If he's molesting you, he's not stopping there.

Even little grade school kids are taught "Bad touch...go tell"

Tell your Mom. It doesn't matter whether or not she believes you. If she doesn't, call 911. Yes, 911 is perfectly appropriate to report molestation. If she does believe you, insist that she take you to the police immediately. I was raped as a 4 year old. I do understand what you are going through and I'm very sad for you. Um I dont know how old you are but, you definitely need to say something to your mother no matter what. It doesnt matter what your uncle does for a job, anyone can molest a child and you need to tell someone right away. If you dont feel comfortable telling your mom, tell an another adult that you would feel comfortable talking to.

Do not carry this any longer. If you are the most important person to your mom and I suspect you are then you tell her. This is a myth, remember this. She will believe you. Tell your mom, if she doesn't believe you tell another family member, if that doesn't work tell a teacher or counselor you trust, if that doesn't work tell a cop. What he did was wrong, and you shouldn't have to go through it again or let someone else go through it either. I'm sorry you have had to go through that and that you have to go through telling someone, but the chances are pretty high that he'll do it again. TELL SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!! your mom should believe you shes your mom it doesn't matter if hes a school counselor .if your mom doesn't believe you she has problems i've gone throgh it and the guy was my moms boyfreind and she still blieved me. you poor thing. gurl you NEED to tell someone ASAP. if not your mom the cops or another family member or a good freind someone you can trust. if you don't it will keep happening over and over agian. i'm not tring to scare you if thats what i'm doing but you really need to tell someone and its the truth.
