I guess that depends on how they crossed the boarder. If they walked through the desert,I guess the first place they found food and drink would do just fine, even Taco Bell. But, no I can't imagine anyone crossing the border for Taco Bell, when real homemade tacos are available everywhere in Mexico, and probably a lot cheaper than the Bell.
