Cheese Allergy?

What is it about cheese but not milk, that causes my cheeks (the ones on my face, thank you) to sweat?

You may also be allergic to molds. Do you ever have a problem with yeast bread or mushrooms? If the mold count is high outside, does it make you sneeze?
