Personally, I prefer the .357 Colt Python, but of those on your list I would choose the Desert Eagle. The .44 mags do not have a long effective range due to the heavy slug, the smaller .357 mag carries further and has a flatter trajectory.... but then a hand gun is meant for short range shooting and the .44s and larger caliber weapons do have one hell of a knock down effect when their bullet contacts the perp.
