yes that is exactly what it means. so to find this person all you need do is sit outside a public restroom and poll each person who comes out or goes in. they will gladly give you an interview to tell you how much they enjoyed their diarrhea.
Then they will place their tin foil hat on your head so you too, can hear the aliens who are telling them when to go to the bathroom and how many sheets of tissue to use.
Is this entertainment or what. go for it and see if I am not elling you of a way to spend a wonderful saturday night.
But be warned of the previous 4 who did not enjoy the experience..........that could mean a night of interviewing cellmates at the local jail.
