NOT IN ONE DAY,just do this,after 10 ms,ur waist is smaller.now follow me,standing straight,put up ur hands n the two palms are together.stand on ur tiptoe,now begin,breathe in deeply,slowly stoop down to the FRONT,n breathe out deeply,do it 5 times.n the same way when u stoop to theLEFT,RITE N BEHIND.keep doing it slowly,5 times for each one,u will be slimmer after that,just 10-15 ms,not much.good luck

exersize 30 minuets a day
drink only water
eat only 1 or 2 snack foods and if you are still hungry eat fruits or vegtables (supposed to have 5 a day)
listening to music makes exersize easier.
REWARD YOURSELF: with something other than food like a cd. thats what i always reward myself with.

wear black. you cant get skinnier in one day. to keep it off, exercise regularly and eat right and it will stay off. i lost 42 pounds last year and am staying active. black is very slimming, plus a long tummy girdle (available at walmart) works really good with a nice push up bra, and you can create the illusion of looking smaller. be careful, drugs dont work.
