There is nothing you can eat that will make your hair grow faster. Vitamins will help if become healthy but wont actually make it grow. Putting vitamins in your shampoo will do nothing besides make your shampoo smell. Your hair will only grow 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month, that's all there's nothing you can do to make it grow faster.

It is best to have healthy hair though, take the vitamins, trim your hair regularly(every 6 to 8 week, you don't need to take a lot off) & deep condition once a month. Washing your hair every day will dry it out, try every other, if you can go longer than that go for it.

Oh & not washing your hair for a week wont help it grow it will just make it greasy

will make your hair grow faster,thicker, and you will not
loose as much hair when you wash/shampoo.
You can not get enough of these from food sources to be beneficial, but do not exceed the quantities listed above as

I've heard that if you tie your hair in a pony tail before going to sleep it makes your hair grow faster. I could be wrong I just remember someone saying it.

there is no food really.but drinking milk can help and eating lean meats.hair is made up of protein also massage olive oil into hair it makes the circulation stimulate hair follicles,

nothin ya eats really gonna help the more active you are though the faster hair grows cause blood is replaced faster and we all know hair is dead blood cells

hav real hair extension, not pain n quick, they may come off after 4 months tho but if u reli dun want to hav it... dun cut them get more protein like yoghurt, milk, egg, bean n also yellow vege n fruit

and following the saying "you are what you eat"...any meat is good...

as to the dead blood cell crap...well..haha...i think they were referring to..well...crap.. xD feces has dead blood cells in it i think...it's what makes the brown colour...0_0 actually...the brown is from the iron mixed with bilirubin from your body or something....so...i guess it's a give or take...

Drink lots of water, trim your hair monthly, and conditioner it well.
