not really it helps with flexibility but not with good weight loss results cardio workouts are better yoga can help you maintain fit but not recommended for loosing weight fast

i dun think so....if it is a aerobic, yah. even if it is so, u need to attend regular aerobic classes bcuz uonce u miss a few classes, u will gain weight and it will be double than ur usual weight.

as fo yoga, it is more to releasing all the stress u haf been accumulating all pass weeks. and in ways, u will feel more relaxs and peaceful.

specific! yoga is soo plenty extra useful than different exercises that folk bear to get extra healthful. believe me. My mom and pa even have been taken it for some million or 2 months and characteristic lost each and each 20 pound and that they are particularly extra healthful and muscel toned.
