I see a lot of female couples nowadays when i go out to watch movies, eat lunch, walk in the park...and they all seem so happy and in-love. I want to know what, or how can a woman convince herself that one person of same sex is worth the relationship eventhough it is against the norms?

It doesn't take much.....its hormones too.
I think its the society , not every woman is gay . I do notice that they go out together , to be honest there are fun to be with...
I have 3 lady friends that are lesbians .
2 of them are a married couple and first marriage of same sex in our town and the other has broke up and separated with her partner, the one that broke up I have a bonding with her a form of a life long relationship a companionship / we work well together as a team its a Business relationship we just are very happy with each other all the time. How can a woman convince herself of same sex is worth the relationship even-though it is against the norms?
The word Love, trust, honesty, joy and harmony .
Against the norms....
The constitution , Politicians, and governments decide the laws of how we are to live in society . Don't forget the churches are the ones to that came up with marriages. Its just a piece of paper
like a product you would buy that has a warranty . Its a necessity and a valuable document.

Is a sign of discrimination.
How you can convince her that she worth the relationship? Do you love her they will love you forever, the woman have a beautiful bonding with each other.
Falling in love with another woman it just happens . It could happen when a woman has married a straight man often the couple had a baby and her hormones start changing but its sometimes a test for herself that usually ends between them and very often the change of life woman over 50 later start feeling for more than by a man.
I think its just the individual. time and place that's creates it .

Thats a good question. It is definitely not for me and really does not make sense. Why is it that two women come together swear off men, making a pledge of undying love to one another, and then one straps on the dildo and screws the other. I mean seriously if you are going to put it on, why wouldn't you just go to the real sourceand have a man screw you right! They do look happy, but no woman could satisfy me!

Well its easy, if you attract to the same sex like I am and have been since I was 10. Yes I did get married and had kids but I was miserable. He cheated , left and that left me with time to discover and be brave enough to be me. Yes it is at times hard. I have a professional job and that means keeping my private and personal life separate at times. But when it is my time I can be found with my girl and my children hanging out together. Its not about convincing yourself its about celebrating and relaxing with who you are. I have had a time at work where it got questioned as to how I shared this and it upset someone , yes it is true others dont understand at times but I say there are many dysfunctional things in this world and being Gay/Lesbian isnt one of them. Love is gender-blind.
Anyone can fall in love, whether it's 2 women, 2 men or a man and a woman. It's not worth trying to convince yourself otherwise.
And besides... if you really love someone, why would you ignore it?

I think its because they dont get the right affection from guys as they have with women or they have had too many abusive relationships with men, so they lean towards women. Anyway, my daughters friends Mother is this way. Ran into too many abusive guys, so she went all female. Not my kind of thing, but some people I guess.

you know... I don't think it is a choice. They are born attracted to the same sex just as straight people are born attracted to the opposite sex.
So I'd say the answer is genes...

Thier relationships are very disfunctional and it is not natural. Dont do it. There are very good men if you look. Lezbo's are the worst.
