EDDIE’S MASHED POTATOES

3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 pound Butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Roasted Garlic, finely chopped or fresh garlic
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft; drain. Add remaining ingredients; mash.

INGREDIENTS:
2 frying chickens, about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds each, cut into serving pieces
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup milk
vegetable shortening for frying
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
PREPARATION:
Wash chicken and pat dry.
In a heavy brown paper bag or large food storage bag, combine the flour and salt and pepper; shake to blend well. Pour the milk into a wide shallow bowl.

Heat 2 to 3 inches of shortening in a deep heavy skillet over medium heat, or electric fry pan set at 375° F.

As for the Red Gravy...i think he used some cranberry sauce...Not sure cause I didnt get to see that part sorry but i included a gravy recipe you can try...:)

Cranberry Gravy
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1 can whole cranberry jelly
Salt and pepper to taste

After turkey has been removed from pan, skim off as much fat as possible from drippings (an ice cube passed through the drippings will help to congeal the fat, facilitating the removal), leaving juices and brown bits. Add chicken broth, lemon juice and lemon peel. Cook over medium heat until bubbly hot. Add cranberry jelly to gravy, stirring until dissolved and thoroughly heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. This will not be a thick gravy, but it may be thickened slightly, if desired.

Pour into a warmed gravy boat to serve with turkey and dressing.

The do-it-yourself Kaajals are darkish and durable however they do smudge just a little if rubbed. The recipe to make is relatively practical. Take two dust Diyas or Lamps. Light a flame making use of a cotton stub with help of any oil. Cover the lamp or diya with the opposite one leaving a bit area for air. Put ample oil in order that it lasts for a few 6-eight hours. After the flame dies, gather the soot from lamp and use dry kajal. It could be very darkish and whilst making use of, soak up finger and blow away additional volume. All the pleasant! Poonam
