I believe because I can't help to believe! I have tried to stop having faith in Jesus Christ, but it seems that the harder I try the more convicted I become. (Meaning that tremendous amount of guilt comes over me in a way in which I can’t describe) When I trust in Christ and have faith that he is truth and life, I have an incredible amount of peace that I can not put into words! I love because He first loved me is an understatement! When I read God's word I realize that it is the only thing that makes complete sense in this crazy world. The more I grow the more I realize that I am God's both now and forever more, no matter what I do! Hey, it could be a lot worse. And if I die and find out that Jesus was a man made invention, I do not care because living a life with the kind of faith that He has given me, its worth the risk. It’s by faith that I see God work in my life everyday, even on the days that I rebel! Thanks to grace, I am His child and I can call on Him anytime that I want. That is what and why I believe. It’s a God thing!

Theists just believe that there is a god, they don't necessarily associate Him with any type of faith.
If you were to dig just a little bit, you would discover how overwhelming the archaelogical data is pooring in that is debunking the evolutionary theory, many are coming to the conclusion that there is an intelligent design for our universe, the odds and probability of anything else are rediculously astronomical for it to have happened by chance.

Well to help answer your question, the first thing I have to say is history, science and the contradiction of the bible itself makes people skeptical of christianity. The main reason I am an atheist is the bible says that god has a divine plan, however catholics believe that suicide is a mortal sin. I have had 2 uncles and 1 aunt commit suicide. Now if GOD has a divine plan and he loves us all why would this be included in his DIVINE PLAN, would it be a god that loves us that would send us to HELL in his plan? Sorry but get real and listen to yourself, and read the bible twice. You might get a sense of BULLSHIT

So vocabulary is your strong suit I see. Have a bit of trouble with spelling though.

We all make decisions in this life. Our Heavenly Father leads us to His Son Jesus Christ and ask for us to make a choice. When we do, and choose Jesus Christ as Lord, something very special happens.

A miracle takes place. You become a new creation. You pass from death to life and you know it deep inside your being, your soul if you will. Its so simple and it makes you so happy even in this world that we must live in.><>

I feel like it. I pray, my prayers are answered. I feel strength when I ask for it. I feel the presence of the "God" I believe in. I guess it just comes naturally for me to believe in what I do.
