Let me clarify, First of all living a life without sin would be living like a robot does not make sense.
Then you could also say god is a robot and he does not live a good life, a life of choices.
If it is true that some people said god created us knowing that we were going to sin and thats why he created Jesus what is the point in creating Jesus just to sacrifice him to us to make us pure again. It seems pointless. Why did got just decide to make us without sin in the first place.

You are placing the cart before the horse. He didn't create them to sin, He created them with the ability to make a choice not as some robot that's programmed to serve. Lucifer was the first to sin, He then deceived Eve then Adam in turn made the choice to follow in that rebellion.
God also provided a way out of that sin through Jesus Christ.

Time is a human concept, To god there is now future, past there is just now. (That word really doesn't describe the Concept)It is all one. Imagine all time as a whole is a picture, we are a bug or some other small being crawling over it, our point of view is very limited because of our size but God can see the whole thing.

If Adam and Eve did not sin, we would not have choice, happy, or sad. We would not exist. Adam and Eve sinned to give us choice and so we could know happy from sad and joy and scared feelings. Before them we would not have feelings or anything.

He realised that they would sin, but did setup a Saviour. Also part of it has to do with Freewill, he wanted us to love Him not like robots, but as conscious intelligent beings.
