Colombia is the country that specializes in coffee, that's why it is the world's number one coffee maker of all types, 80% of colombia's agriculture is coffee plantains...
Colombia is neutral for their beans, what they do to become famous and gain respect, they sell their beans with no brands like companies sell a white t shirt with no tag so others can tag them. Colombia grows the beans and export them to different countries where is case like italy, germany, and other countries some cases USA imports most of the coffee beans which then tag them as an american brand, For example Galliano is a liquor. it is made in italy and bottled in france. or i think is the other way, but it's just a n example..

The best coffees I've ever had in the world are in the USA, in New Orleans, in Manhattan (Dunkin Doughnuts by Madison Square Gardens), and Savannah.
I had good coffee in Barcelona, but the chocolate was better.

A lot depends on what you want from a coffee. Some say America (Kona Coffee), some say Jamaica (Blue Mountain) others go for Afirca (Kenyan)
