I checked on amazon.com and they don't have a teacher's edition.
I did find out that the publisher was Mc-Graw Hill, the ISBN number is 0-07-143533-6

First, check out book websites (amazon.com is a good one) and type in the name of the book and the authors. They might have the teacher's edition. If not it will atleast let you know who the publisher is. If you have this you can do a yahoo search for the publishing company and email them about purchasing a copy.
