I'm getting myself into the habit of going to bed early (for classes which are starting soon and for better health). I used to go to bed around 2-3 am and now I'm trying to turn in at 10 pm. If you're in the same boat (going to bed late), do you feel like you're missing out on life by going to bed early?

Yeah, it seems like all my friends are online really late and people are talking about chats and such that they had while I was asleep. I also miss lots of shows that most other people watch, too. But I get really tired, and can't wake up in the morning if I don't.

i became married youthful, and at the same time as i imagine of the studies I neglected, i imagine of existence, not of folk i ought to have slept with. i ought to have made judgements that did not require me to imagine of a few different person first. i became 23. i ought to have lived more effective, studied more effective, gotten the interest i needed and considered the international. those studies help to formulate who you're, what you extremely like, and how you imagine. as well, did you comprehend your mind does not supply up turning out to be till your are 25? which means new neural connections are not even finished yet. you are able to be a unique individual in 3 years. go out and stay slightly. See the international, have an adventure. If he's with you on the end then that's meant to be, yet no favor to fasten it up with him basically yet. existence isn't a race.

I usually feel like I'm missing out when I sleep in too late. I normally go to bed later than I would like, then oversleep, realizing I have wasted a few more hours of my day than I would've liked.
