My sisters male cat goes to other cats territory and fihgts hes mostly inside but on a reqular basis goes out.Is there anythign i can do about him fighting?

keep him inside. Cats are okay indoors as long as they have food, water, and a litter box that gets cleaned regularly. He'll get used to it.

Keep him inside is the only way unless you want to take him out on a leash.

what i would do is either keep him inside, but he is just protecting his teritory, if other cats are coming onto your property.
